Day 2 | 5th November

1:00 PM Fireside Chat: Scaling Private Credit Access: How can you evolve BDC, ETF and hybrid structures to broaden distribution without compromising liquidity, transparency or investor alignment?

As private credit expands across wealth and institutional channels, managers are increasingly using BDCs, ETFs and hybrid public-private structures to broaden investor access and create more scalable distribution models. This convergence is placing greater scrutiny on how traditionally illiquid credit strategies are packaged, governed and communicated, particularly around valuation practices, liquidity expectations, portfolio transparency and investor protections.

This session will examine how firms are evolving private credit vehicle structures to support broader market access while maintaining portfolio integrity and investor confidence. Panellists will discuss the relative strengths and challenges of BDC, ETF and hybrid models; how governance, valuation and liquidity frameworks need to evolve as distribution scales; and how managers can determine which structures are best suited to different investor channels and long-term growth objectives.
